A leading advanced manufacturing organization is seeking a Manager, Quality Management to drive enterprise-level quality strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement across complex aerospace/defense programs.
This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in a highly regulated, precision-driven environment.
What You'll Own:
- Lead end-to-end quality management across manufacturing and program execution
- Drive resolution of non-conformances (MRB), root cause analysis (8D RCCA), and corrective actions
- Oversee and implement AS9100 / ISO-compliant quality systems
- Lead PFMEA / DFMEA and risk mitigation initiatives
- Serve as the primary quality interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage supplier quality, audits, and corrective action programs
- Lead and develop a high-performing quality team
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and program leadership
What You Bring:
- 7–10+ years of experience in quality leadership within aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing
- Strong expertise in:
- AS9100 / ISO quality systems
- MRB, RCCA (8D), PFMEA / DFMEA
- Supplier quality & audit readiness
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional quality initiatives at scale
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience managing teams and driving continuous improvement in fast-paced environments
