How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Lead daily radiology operations to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care delivery while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

  • Shape clinical excellence by designing and implementing evidence-based imaging policies and procedures that elevate the standard of care across multiple departments.

  • Champion regulatory compliance and safety by maintaining continuous alignment with The Joint Commission, ACR, and other governing bodies to guarantee a safe, world-class environment for patients and staff.

  • Cultivate staff engagement and growth by mentoring clinical talent, managing performance, and overseeing strategic scheduling to promote a supportive culture and prevent burnout.

  • Drive fiscal and operational health by managing departmental budgets, vendor relations, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable, high-efficiency operations without compromising care quality.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. All specialties accepted.
    • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
