Summary of Responsibilities:

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Manager Real Estate to lead a talented team responsible for acquiring, managing, and protecting the real estate and right-of-way assets that support ATC's mission. In this role, you'll help shape the future of energy infrastructure while leading a team that works at the intersection of property rights, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and strategic business initiatives.
This is not a traditional real estate management position. You will play a critical leadership role supporting infrastructure projects that strengthen energy reliability, enable economic growth, support renewable energy development, and serve communities across our region.

The targeted base pay for this position is $137,900 to $160,900 annually. * Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.
