Job Summary:
Assist Management in achieving its Sales and Operating Profit target through effective Budgets & Forecasts, Control of Expenses & Assets, and Reporting & Analysis. Partner with FP&A teams to continuously drive process standardization and improvement, internal controls and compliance across the region. Provide and enhance reporting and analysis to help manage region profitability and assist strategic decision-making.
What You Will do:
Report financial results on time & accurately
Perform monthly variance analysis and review results with FP&A teams to understand variance drivers and assess R&Os
Complete HQ reporting package with commentary on variances
Prepare Quarterly KPMG Audit Commentary
Assist and manage Region Forecasting processes to ensure in line with Plan in terms of sales and profit
Prepare Monthly Risk and Opportunities analysis for Exec Mgmt
Perform analytical review for the total region forecasts and work with FP&A teams to understand variance drivers and R&Os
Review Plan and Latest Estimates with Senior Management
Key Member of region initiatives and projects
Continuously drive process improvement and standardization
Key player in cross-functional projects for the region
Other projects as requested by management
Assist integration of new businesses including building scenario P&Ls and tracking of synergies and one-time costs.
Supervise (1) Senior Finance Analyst and (1) Analyst

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
