Job Summary Manages the day-to-day operation of the Rehab Services division assigned. Demonstrates competence to adapt work to accommodate the unique physical psychological cultural safety and other developmental needs of patients served by the department. Minimum Qualifications Degrees Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist Speech-Language Pathologist or Audiology Maters Degree in Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist Speech-Language Pathologist or Audiology preferred License & Certifications Texas licensure in Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist Speech-Language Pathologist Work Experience Three3 years clinical experience in PT OT SP. Management Experience One 1 year supervisory or managerial experience preferred Language Skills Bilingual Skills Spanish preferred Communication Skills Above Average Verbal Heavy Public Contact Exceptional Verbal e.g. Public Speaking Writing Composing CorrespondenceReports Proficiencies P.C.
