Manager Rehabilitation Services working at Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA, employed by Providence St. Luke''s Rehabilitation Medical Center

Under the general direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Manager of Rehabilitation Services plans, organizes, and supervises all daily functions of designated departments. Ensures that all budgetary, productivity, customer service, and quality standards and measures are met. Develops and implements all aspects of new and existing therapy programs. Duties also include the supervision of staff, and providing clinical leadership and expertise to the department.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s Degree or Master''s Degree in Rehabilitation field of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Exercise Physiology, or Recreational Therapy
  • Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire -OR-
  • Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire -OR-
  • Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire -OR-
  • Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire -OR-
  • Washington Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire -OR-
  • Washington Recreational Therapist Registration
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 5 years of overall clinical experience in PT, OT, SLP, Exercise Physiology, or Recreational Therapy within a rehabilitation setting
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a project lead, operations lead, supervisory, or managerial (Manager or Director) role within a rehabilitation setting

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
