Position Overview:
The RPM Manager oversees daily operations of the Remote Patient Monitoring program, ensuring high-quality patient care, strong patient engagement, and compliance with clinical and billing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee patient enrollments and disenrollments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper patient education
Manage patient engagement initiatives, including text campaigns, call lists, and outreach workflows
Conduct daily audits of coordinator performance (documentation, vitals review, time tracking, and billing metrics)
Monitor urgent and out-of-range vitals and ensure appropriate escalation protocols are followed
Lead biweekly performance check-ins and track coordinator KPIs
Collaborate with leadership on staffing, performance, and program improvements
Manage RPM devices, vendor communication (e.g., Tenovi), and support tickets
Oversee device inventory, returns, and redistribution
Supervise staff, including timecards, PTO, performance reviews, and coaching
Coordinate with IT, facilities, and clinic teams to resolve operational issues
Ensure all daily tasks and reporting are completed
Qualifications:
Required: Medical Assistant (MA) certification or diploma from an accredited program (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), healthcare operations, or a primary care setting
Strong understanding of compliance, clinical documentation, and vital sign monitoring/review
Proven leadership experience managing staff in a healthcare environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High school diploma required
