Manager Renovation worker/carpenter

Job Posting: Renovator & Foreman – Multi-Unit Residential (Albany Area)

We are a growing property company seeking a highly skilled Renovator and Foreman to join our team. You will work alongside our existing crew on apartment renovations across the Albany area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in renovation projects on multi-unit residential properties

• Perform a wide range of skilled tasks including:

  • Framing and drywall installation

  • Painting and finishing

  • Tiling and flooring installation (vinyl, laminate, etc.)

  • Light plumbing and electrical work

  • General carpentry and cabinetry

• Coordinate with our team to ensure timely, high-quality work

• Help manage job site safety, materials, and timelines

• Preparing and reading blueprints 

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction or renovation role

• Strong skills in at least 4 of the listed trades; all are a plus

• Ability to lead a crew and work independently when needed

• Reliable transportation and own tools preferred

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
