Fairview is seeking an innovative and collaborative Manager of Research Recruitment to lead patient recruitment efforts at the Fairview Community Health & Wellness Hub in St. Paul, MN. This dynamic, hands-on leadership role focuses on developing and executing effective strategies to connect patients with meaningful clinical research opportunities.
In this position, you'll partner with clinical and research teams to design customized recruitment plans, implement best practices, and explore new tools and technologies to improve participant engagement and retention. You'll also guide and support a team of research staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure all recruitment activities protect patient rights and meet regulatory standards.

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
