The primary function of the Respiratory Therapy Manager is planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Respiratory Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards as well as guidelines and regulations that govern the Community. The Respiratory Manager will collaborate with the Corporate Director of Respiratory, CNO, ACNO, Administrator, and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is always maintained for our patients. Oversee compliance of ABG and PFT lab.
