The Manager, Retail Operations oversees day-to-day operations for a retail electricity portfolio, ensuring reliable service, accurate market participation, regulatory compliance, settlement oversight, customer relations, and coordination with utilities, ISOs, RTOs, and other market participants. Success in this role requires independence, strong teamwork, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.
This role is a key operational liaison among the company, wholesale power markets, utilities, customers, and internal commercial, scheduling, settlements, risk, and customer operations teams. The ideal candidate brings deep retail electricity operations expertise and practical experience with ISO/RTO market processes, utility requirements, and evolving regulatory obligations.
