Manager Revenue Cycle

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager Revenue Cycle in Los Angeles, CA. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manager, Revenue Cycle to support accounts receivable, collections, financial reporting, forecasting, and working capital management. This role is responsible for monitoring financial and operational performance, analyzing complex data, supporting revenue cycle activities, and partnering with teams across the organization to improve cash flow and reporting accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support accounts receivable, collections, and revenue cycle activities
• Monitor outstanding receivables, aging balances, and working capital performance
• Prepare forecasts, financial reports, and operational analyses
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, collection issues, and reporting variances
• Support cash flow and working capital forecasting activities
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Utilize ERP systems and reporting tools to analyze financial information
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2-3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Experience with forecasting, financial reporting, and working capital management
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or another enterprise ERP system
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Collections, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Cycle, or accounting experience
• Experience working within large or complex organizations
• Industry experience in media, entertainment, licensing, distribution, or similar environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Additional language proficiency
• Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data
