Restaurant Manager – Bottoms Up Pizza

We’re looking for an experienced,

hands-on Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team

development, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new employees
  • Maintain labor budgets, scheduling, and staffing levels
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with ownership to improve systems, processes, and team culture
  • Support special events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams
  • Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and cost management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe certification preferred
