We’re looking for an experienced,
hands-on Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team
development, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards
- Recruit, onboard, and train new employees
- Maintain labor budgets, scheduling, and staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with ownership to improve systems, processes, and team culture
- Support special events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams
- Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and cost management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
