Client: Infinite Computer Solutions Bill rate: $70 Pay rate: $60 Location: New York, NY Recruitment Manager: Sidhartha Arepally Job Title: Manager - Risk, Compliance & Governance We are seeking a colleague to be part of a risk management COE within the GCX Project Management team. As a member of this team, you will: * Support the issue management process, remediation, implement controls, and manage RCIMs * Support new working practices and processes to meet changing needs of Amex risk management policies * Support and embed a strong culture of risk management, compliance, and governance across the business * Partner closely with multiple stakeholders such as GCX Product, Technologies, Legal, Compliance, and Operations * Support various audits and internal control assessments Qualifications * Change Management - Ability to influence and drive change across a matrixed organization. * Relationship Builder & Collaborator - Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners, effectively influencing and managing stakeholders, across geographically/culturally diverse teams globally. * Risk Management - Practical experience managing / supporting Issue Management processes, RCMs and / or Control Management for a Product Organization. * Agile - Prior experience working in an agile environment. * Flexibility - Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and overcome/steer around obstacles and adversity. * Sense of Humor - Ability to maintain perspective and foster a winning environment * Travel Experience - Previous travel industry or e-commerce experience preferred.
