Are you passionate about leveraging Salesforce and data to improve sales performance and business outcomes? We're looking for a Salesforce Effectiveness Manager to lead our CRM strategy, optimize commercial processes, and provide the analytics and insights that enable smarter business decisions.

In this role, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, IT, and Customer Service to ensure our commercial technology ecosystem supports growth, improves customer engagement, and increases operational efficiency. What You'll Do

As our Salesforce Effectiveness Manager, you will:

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce CRM, managing users, security, workflows, reports, dashboards, and overall system performance.
• Lead CRM governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and best practices.
• Partner with commercial leadership to improve sales processes, territory management, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and opportunity management.
• Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reports that provide actionable business insights and drive informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales productivity through automation, process optimization, and technology enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners on CRM enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Support commercial initiatives including lead management, customer segmentation, account planning, and sales enablement.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize CRM adoption across the organization.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to align CRM capabilities with business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Support data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and integration projects while ensuring high-quality CRM data.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, Sales Operations, Commercial Effectiveness, or CRM management.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial analytics.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and business insights using Salesforce and analytics tools.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with CRM integrations and sales enablement technologies.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other business intelligence platforms.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the VP, Global Commercial.

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office or hybrid work environment and may require occasional travel to support business meetings, training sessions, or commercial initiatives.
