Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Support reviews for high-volume card designs and identify opportunities to improve workflows and tooling while maintaining SLA expectations.
Design and operationalize a manufacturer enablement plan supporting approximately 20 U.S.-based card manufacturers and thousands of annual card design submissions.
Develop scalable enablement mechanisms, including newsletters, webinars, training materials, and self-service resources.
Reinforce brand requirements through clear education to reduce preventable rework and improve submission quality.
Develop process documentation, workflow guides, playbooks, and business artifacts for Brand-related workflows and tools.
Translate institutional knowledge into repeatable resources that support onboarding, execution, and business continuity.
Identify automation and AI opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Partner with subject matter experts to ensure documentation reflects real operating conditions and business requirements.
Support the evolution of shared mailbox and intake processes through structured workflows, routing models, prioritization frameworks, and response templates.
Improve response quality, speed, and consistency through automation and process enhancements.
Help establish guardrails and operating models for waivers, exceptions, rush requests, and prioritization decisions.
Provide visibility into operational volume, pressure points, workflow bottlenecks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Strong operations, process improvement, or process design experience in complex, high-volume environments.
Experience creating SOPs, workflows, process documentation, playbooks, and knowledge management resources.
Proven ability to streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments.
Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to translate concepts into practical process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or regulated industries.
Knowledge of shared mailbox management, intake processes, or workflow routing models.
Experience developing partner enablement, onboarding, or training programs.
Background in continuous improvement, operational excellence, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Prior experience supporting large-scale operational or compliance-driven environments.
