The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group's success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Through their efforts, they contribute to both short-term achievements and long-term growth.

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at our Bradenton, Florida plant. This role will be responsible for leading supply chain operations within the facility to ensure safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective execution of our manufacturing and distribution activities.

This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and supply chain performance while developing strong relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day operational execution with longer-term strategic planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Safety of our employees, OIR and LTCIR that is best in class for manufacturing plants

• Drive overall supply chain capabilities by managing plant wide implementation of TWS (TPM), true efficiency, and team development. Forward progress on PM and AM goals as established in Chilled Strategic Plan, (Key is Planned Maintenance Activities and Zone Ownership )

• Evaluate business unit capabilities, skills, and resource alignment to ensure performance against objectives. Lead realignment and work redesign efforts as necessary to provide executional excellence.

• Lead the palletizing department in partnering with the warehouse to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service goals while serving as an effective maintenance customer through clear communication, prioritized work requests, and coordinated planning

• Continue positive progress on OHS results through building a team-based structure

• Deliver Quality results that are best in all Chilled for Consumer and Manufacturing Complaints

• Deliver Customer Service goals and Fill Rate targets

• Responsible for Strategic Plan, Developing Budgets & CapEx

The perfect Blend of Experience

• 5-7 years + experience as a people leader, preferably in a high-speed food and beverage industry
• Ability to maintain world class Safety and Quality results
• Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to develop and manage large budget
• Strong knowledge of Chilled Beverage Supply Chain
• Able to develop and implement Strategic Operation Plan that balances all objectives
• Able to understand cross functional issues and lead a team that achieves defined goals
• Working knowledge of quality systems, finance, capital planning, and project cost tracking and forecasting, economic justification analysis, statistical process control, and manufacturing management systems.
• Actively coach Direct Reports and Team Members
• Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives across multiple teams is preferred.
• Strong innovative external focus with proven ability to affect sustainable change.
• Must be very effective working in a volatile and complex environment and work with a sense of urgency that drives effective results
• Strong influence management and communication skills, ability to gain organizational buy-in.
• High levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts.

• Must be located in Bradenton, FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment

• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
