POSITION SUMMARY: This position reports to the Lead Manager of Science Curriculum and directs the development and management of a series of K-12 online science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) curricula. Directs and oversees a team of consultant writers to ensure that curriculum production goals are met. Production goals include meeting deadlines with a complete, quality STEM curriculum that is aligned to the given standards, inquiry in nature, and student-centered. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physical demands of the position will include mobility throughout the day; lifting, reaching, and carrying materials associated with the preparation, distribution, demonstration, use, and maintenance of various materials and equipment for lessons, events, and showcases. Occasionally, more rigorous activities are associated with field experiences or other program activities. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to work during evenings and weekend hours. Must be able to travel in and outside of Houston, TX for conferences, events, showcases, and trainings.
