The Manager is responsible for the overall operation, performance, and success of the restaurant. This role focuses on leadership, team development, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards while achieving sales and cost control goals.


Position Summary


The Store Manager leads the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest service, strong sales performance, and efficient operations. This role requires professionalism, leadership, accountability, and the ability to maintain a positive culture while managing daily restaurant operations.


Key Responsibilities


Operations Management


  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and kitchen

  • Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met

  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards

  • Monitor inventory levels and place vendor orders as needed

  • Ensure opening, shift change, and closing procedures are properly completed

Team Leadership


  • Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff

  • Schedule employees according to business needs while controlling labor costs

  • Hold team members accountable to company policies and performance expectations

  • Coach employees to improve performance, professionalism, and service standards

  • Lead by example in attitude, work ethic, and leadership

Guest Experience


  • Ensure every guest receives excellent customer service

  • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly

  • Monitor and improve online reviews and guest feedback

  • Encourage staff to create a welcoming and positive guest environment

Financial Performance


  • Manage labor costs and scheduling efficiency

  • Monitor and control food and alcohol cost

  • Complete weekly inventory and operational reports

Compliance & Standards


  • Enforce company policies including employee conduct and professionalism

  • Ensure compliance with health department regulations and alcohol service laws
