Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 Base Salary + 40% Target Bonus
Total Compensation Potential: Approximately $180,000 - $210,000

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process
Oversee financial consolidations across multiple entities and business units
Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
Support SOX compliance and internal control initiatives
Research and apply technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP
Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members
Participate in special projects and strategic finance initiatives

Qualifications

Active CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Public accounting experience strongly preferred
Current or recent Manager/Senior Manager experience preferred
Experience supporting publicly traded companies
Strong knowledge of:
- SEC Reporting
- U.S. GAAP
- Financial Consolidations
- SOX Compliance
- Internal Controls
- Technical Accounting Research
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
