The Manager of Security Operations provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and administrative management of Family & Childrens Services security program across multiple facilities, including Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Norman, and surrounding counties/service areas. This position provides regional security leadership, directly supervises assigned security personnel and security leaders, and provides indirect oversight and operational support to site-based security teams in other counties.
The Manager of Security Operations leads all aspects of security operations, including staffing, training, performance management, security technology, incident response, investigations, and regulatory compliance. As a member of the FCS Safety Team and Incident Response Team, this position plays a key role in organizational preparedness, crisis management, business continuity, workplace violence prevention, and regional safety initiatives.
Security personnel at FCS are viewed as an extension of client care teams. The Manager of Security Operations fosters a culture that balances hospitality, customer service, and therapeutic engagement with effective security practices, utilizing traditional security skills and interventions only when necessary.
