Summary of Job Brief Description
The Manager, Senior Manager, Marketing, Operations role at Soleno requires a passionate, analytical, and collaborative individual focused on building and overseeing the programs and initiatives that support patient access for our products. This role will provide both strategic and tactical oversight in the development, implementation, and management of marketing operations in alignment with market needs and the patients we serve.
This role will build highly collaborative working relationships with the broader Commercial Operations, Analytics, Marketing, and Legal/Regulatory teams. Externally, this role will work with various tech AOR, data, and operations partners to successfully lead the operations plan execution. This role will report directly to the Associate Director, Commercial Operations.
Responsibilities
- Champion the promotional materials, medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and support OPDP submissions
- Manage PRC SOP meeting schedule and plan, master tracker
- Manage PRC platform, Vault, Promomats, working directly with external tech partner
- Provide insights and metrics on PRC operations
- Manage Promotional Materials Print Pack and Ship requirements, collaborate with Marketing, Training, Advocacy, and field teams to support on regional, national meetings, events
- Manage marketing materials storefront platform, UI backend rules, and field HQ users access
- Manage marketing materials inventory and provide insights into materials utilization
- Support in execution of Digital Marketing capabilities, operation emails, marketing RTEs, websites, branded and unbranded content management system consent, etc.
- Support Omnichannel insights tracking and dashboard maintenance
- Support other initiatives as integration of speaker program data into sales and analytics systems, help track insights
- Ensure data integrity governance and alignment across marketing, sales, and analytics systems
- Lead all Marketing Operations vendor relationships that provide services and programs on behalf of Soleno
- Ensure internal and external policy compliance as it relates to Commercial operations programs and materials
- Provide insights and metrics on Operations performance trends
- Consistently execute multiple projects in an on-time and on-budget manner
Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree and 7-9 years of increasing experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry with focus in marketing operations, commercial operations, or related roles in life sciences.
- Strong understanding of pharma marketing workflows, including MLR processes and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing marketing technology platforms and agency partners
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and prepared to assume roles and responsibilities outside of traditional job functions
- Hands-on experience with DAM, Vault, Promomats, CRM, Veeva Vault, Marketing automation, SFMC, and content management system
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong customer orientation, a passion for patients, and caregiver community
- Thrive on collaboration and ability to influence in a matrix environment

Salary Range
$140,000 - $185,000
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidates relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the location where this position may be filled.
