Position Summary
The Manager, Shipboard Talent & Crewing, is a shoreside role responsible for coordinating crew services in support of Amangati’s operations. Working closely with the company’s crew management partner, on board concessionaires, manning agencies, shipboard leadership, and internal stakeholders, the role supports the engagement, movement, and administration of crew members throughout their employment lifecycle, while also assisting with workforce planning and shipboard budget preparation.

This position primarily operates in a professional office environment and requires the ability to work extensively with computers and office systems. The role involves periods of sitting, speaking, listening, and working with detailed information and documentation. Occasional lifting of light office materials may be required. Travel required periodically to support operational needs, vessel visits, shipyard activities, or project work.
