Role summary:
As Manager of Homepage on the Digital Member Experience and Engagement Team, you'll play a critical role in bringing our omni-marketing calendar and digital vision to life. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day site merchandising and marketing operations surrounding Sam's Club's Homepage, ensuring that we provide the very best shopping experience in online retail. You'll play a pivotal role in Sam's Club digital transformation, creating and delivering inspiring digital shopping experiences that bring our promise to "expect something special" to life. You'll perform analysis to find actional insights and leverage data and creativity to make informed decisions for Homepage.
About the team:
Our team oversees the homepage for Sam's Club's digital platform, driving campaign activations and homepage strategies. We collaborate with Digital Merchandising, Product, Engineering, Marketing Planning & Operations, Analytics, UX, and Membership teams to deliver seamless and engaging online shopping experiences. Focused on inspiring product discovery and highlighting key categories, we continuously monitor traffic and engagement to optimize content. Leading campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting, we operate with agility to meet evolving business needs. Our efforts enhance shopping ease, increase visit frequency, and position Sam's Club digital platforms as essential to members' shopping habits.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09930: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
