Qualifications: of the Software Engineering Manager : 5+ years of professional experience developing web applications 2+ years of experience in people management/leadership positions (teams of 3+) Experience in Agile environments. Experience with Java or .NET on the backend Experience in insurance or FinTech preferred, but not required. Compensation: for the Software Engineering Manager : $120,000 - $160,000 (based on experience) with 20% annual bonus eligibility 2 remote days per week 20 PTO days, 10 sick days, 13 paid holidays Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays This job opens for applications on 9/23 /2026 .
