Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business priorities.
• Lead a team of Category Leaders to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Drive supplier accountability and strengthen strategic partnerships.
• Leverage market intelligence to improve supplier performance and contracting outcomes.
• Ensure cost-effective and reliable electricity generation through efficient supply chain management.
• Oversee contract spend and manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Approve purchase orders and contracts within specified financial limits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (one year of experience for each year of college).
• 8 years of total sourcing or related industry experience.

Preferences

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Six Sigma, CPSM, or other related certification.
• Project Management and Utility industry experience.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• SAP/SRM proficiency.
