We are seeking a dynamic Local Investment Manager to lead and manage local television and radio investment initiatives. This role serves as a critical liaison between our negotiation team, strategy group, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution of media investment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record in media investment management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Local Media Investments:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of local television and radio investments to maximize client ROI.

Liaison Role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between negotiators, strategy teams, and clients, facilitating clear communication and alignment on investment objectives.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize Excel to analyze media performance, track investment outcomes, and prepare detailed reports for internal and client review.

Presentation Development:

  • Create compelling presentations in PowerPoint to communicate investment strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Client Engagement:

  • Present investment plans and results to clients, addressing questions and providing strategic guidance.

Time Management & Organization:

  • Effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integrated media strategies and deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in media investment, preferably with a focus on local television and radio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
