    You’ll shape the Station Operations Training & Standards department from the ground up, setting the standards and driving excellence in every aspect of training, and have the opportunity to select your team.

    What you’ll do

    Lead the team responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for Station Operations Agents and Concierges. You’ll ensure training supports operational needs, aligns with company standards, and meets regulatory requirements.

    Oversee the Training Team and Instructors, providing motivation and guidance while coordinating the delivery of eLearning, video-based learning, and other instructional solutions.

    Develop and execute the short- and long-term vision for learning design, compliance, and training execution. You’ll partner with Managers and Instructors to ensure consistency across training programs, processes, and products.

    Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, creating and updating policies to align with FAA, TSA, DOT, and other applicable regulations.

    What you’ll need

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • At least 2 years of experience in Airport or Customer Service training.
    • At least 2 years of experience leading a diverse team.
    • At least 2 years of experience as an Airport or Customer Service Agent.
    • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, professional development, instructional design, and curriculum development.
    • Proven industry awareness and strong understanding of FAA regulations, particularly Part 121 Airport Operations and FARs.
    • Ability to travel and maintain a flexible schedule to support operations.
    • Strong public speaking skills and the ability to represent the Training Department positively.
    • High-performance orientation with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and remain flexible.
    • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire for success.
    • Ability live in or relocate to Orlando.
    • Must be legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
    • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
    • Must pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a background check.
