PMO Manager

The PMO Manager plays a critical role in enabling Radwell’s strategic execution. This position leads concurrent project management, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure the successful delivery of Radwell’s Strategic Imperatives and Core Elements. The PMO Manager translates executive direction into actionable plans, enforces project discipline, and delivers clear, timely insights to senior leadership.


Core Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead end‑to‑end project planning and execution for enterprise initiatives as directed by leadership.
  • Partner with Executive Sponsors and Initiative Owners to define scope, timelines, KPIs, and success metrics using established PMO tools.
  • Coordinate schedules, assignments, and milestones across key stakeholders to drive on‑time delivery.
  • Ensure initiative trackers remain current and aligned with guidance from the President, North America, and the Enterprise Chief of Staff.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision‑making.
  • Promote consistent use of PMO methodologies, templates, tools, and reporting standards.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards and initiative trackers to monitor milestones, deliverables, actions, and KPIs.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts through ongoing, risk‑based analysis.
  • Monitor resource allocation and ensure project scope and scale align with defined objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, concise updates for leadership reviews, including Strategic Imperatives (steering committee–equivalent) meetings.
  • Proactively escalate risks, delays, or issues and support resolution.

Coordination & Communication

  • Schedule and facilitate initiative meetings, ensuring agendas, notes, and follow‑ups are documented and distributed.
  • Guide teams through established project management methodologies, reinforcing accountability and execution discipline.
  • Serve as a liaison between initiative teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.
  • Support preparation of leadership presentations and update materials.

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend and implement enhancements to PMO processes, templates, and reporting to improve efficiency and clarity.
  • Share insights, lessons learned, and best practices across workstreams to strengthen enterprise execution.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or program support (consulting, operations, or corporate PMO experience preferred), or 2 years of management consulting experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced analytical skills; comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management/reporting tools (Power BI, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise executive‑level updates.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Bonus Plan:

  • Discretionary Year‑End Bonus

Salary Range:

  • $100,000 – $145,000 annually

The salary range represents the targeted base compensation for this role. Individual compensation is determined by location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
