What You'll Do for Us:
- Lead initiatives to identify and address strategic issues and opportunities that can influence the organization's growth and profitability.
- Play a pivotal role in the research, analysis, and execution of potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, aligning them with our long-term growth objectives.
- Innovate and enhance business processes to meet organizational goals, reducing costs, defects, rework, and maximizing quality and efficiency.
- Conduct multifaceted data research and analysis to support streamlined and effective business operations.
- Implement organization-wide process improvements, championing best practices for sustainable business process enhancements.
- Advocate for change and novel methods that upgrade product and service quality, ensuring heightened customer satisfaction.
- Build and share best practices to perpetuate a culture of continuous improvement, impacting the organization at all levels.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in business strategy and development, ideally within the beverage or FMCG sectors.
- Adept at negotiating and managing strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions.
- Extensive knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills, able to distill complex data into actionable strategies.
- Robust communication skills, coupled with the drive to influence change and encourage the adoption of best practices.
- Strategic decision-making abilities, with a focus on executing operational plans effectively.
