Primary Duties of the Manager, Student Engagement:Lead the delivery and refinement of the Summer STEP summer melt coaching program Lead Postsecondary Student Advisory Fellowship by strengthening recruitment pipelinesAdvance an intergenerational engagement strategy for multigenerational engagement and community outreachCollaborate closely with the TalentEd community engagement team and Chamber's communication team to develop social media strategiesManager, Student Engagement Qualifications:Bachelor's or Masters' degree in counseling, higher education, social work or other related fieldsExtensive experience in higher education, developing community and business partnerships, project management and direct service work.Entrepreneurial self-starter who is passionate about the mission.Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively to build and grow partnerships.Able to work on multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position will travel within Southeastern MI.
