Position Summary:

Reports to the Director, Shared Services. Responsible for the oversight and management of the outreach team and all outreach activities, events, partnerships and communication. Responsible for managing service provided to enhance the customer experience, operational discipline and company-wide areas of scalability and efficiency, performance improvement and service enhancement and in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

  • MTC outreach leadership and support them in their team's outreach efforts and goals.
  • Ensure each outreach team is equipped to and effectively recruits eligible and interested job corps students.
  • Establish outreach performance metrics and benchmarks for each team, to include maintaining linkage partner communication and relations, generating new linkage partnerships, documenting all communication and follow-up, projecting linkage partner meeting and events 4 weeks in advance, and hitting goals regarding leads generated and converted.
  • Utilize, implement and monitor use of the MTC Outreach App to assess outreach performance metrics and benchmarks.
  • Communicate successes and needs with Director of Shared Services and work in tandem with Manager of Enrollment, Student Recruiting to maintain continuity of Outreach & Admissions.
  • Assist in the selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, retention, and succession of the Student Recruiting Outreach Team.
  • Stay current with center statistics and maintain continuous contact with the centers to coordinate efforts, discuss problems and develop resolutions.
  • Coordinate with MTC Job Corps Centers, MTC leadership, and DOL personnel to ensure efficient operations including contract compliance, audits, and assessments.
  • Maintain and analyze key student recruiting metrics as they relate to recruitment performance at the company, division, regional and center level.
  • Develop, maintain, and publish key student recruiting reports to assist corporate leaders and facilities to monitor their recruitment performance.
  • Provide talent acquisition training to student recruiting staff and develop best practices.
  • It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Human Resources, communications, marketing or related field.
  • Four years' management or equivalent experience; one year experience in a multi-disciplinary service center process model is preferred.
  • Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft 365 Office Suite and/or personal computer systems.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle Fusion, applicant tracking system, and ticketing software solution.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for broad and deep range of positions for multiple locations.
  • Must be willing and able to travel. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and project management skills.
  • Unless waived by management, a valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record is required.
