Kenstan Lock Company, a leading manufacturer of highly engineered locking systems for retail, government, and healthcare markets, is seeking a Supply Chain & Planning Manager to support the execution of its end-to-end supply chain operations.

This role will be responsible for day-to-day supply chain activities including sourcing support, supplier coordination, inventory planning, and logistics execution in support of electromechanical access control products. The Manager will work cross-functionally to help ensure supply continuity, maintain optimal inventory levels, and support efficient production and delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of supply chain operations across sourcing, procurement, planning, and logistics.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers for electronic components, mechanical parts, and assemblies.
  • Assist in supplier negotiations and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
  • Execute inventory planning and demand forecasting activities to support manufacturing and customer demand.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials flow to ensure timely delivery of components and finished goods.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to support new product introductions and ongoing production.
  • Identify supply risks and support mitigation efforts to maintain continuity of supply.
  • Analyze supply chain data and recommend improvements to efficiency, cost, and service levels.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or planning experience.
  • Experience supporting supply chains for electromechanical, electronic, or hardware-based products preferred.
  • Familiarity with supplier management and coordination, including exposure to international suppliers.
  • Working knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, and logistics operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting new product introductions or manufacturing scale-up.
