Our customer-focused supply chain operations team is hiring an experienced inventory manager to provide leadership and coordination of the day-to-day PAR Levels and replenishment of supplies throughout the warehouse and hospital facilities.

Provide leadership, management and coordination of the day-to-day operations of supply delivery and replenishment, and supply and equipment.

Job Description

Provide leadership, management, and coordination of the day-to-day operations of supply inventory auditing, and control. Forecast future supply needs and order when needed.


Optimizing inventory cost efficiency per customer requests to reduce labor and holding costs. Organize regular cycle counts to verify system accuracy compared to physical inventory.


Supervise inventory staff, including evaluations, scheduling, hiring, and training.
Expected to maintain inventory levels in Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) locations and stock them adequately, while tracking inventory levels continuously to ensure optimal stock at all times.


Build and maintain department leaders’ relationships ensuring they have adequate supply needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency with six to eight years of relevant work experience, along with proven leadership skills required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as office and/or facility related equipment and strong communication and organizational skills required.

Valid drivers license required.
