The Manager Supply Chain Ops is responsible for the management and general oversight of the hospital's supply chain functions. The scope of work includes the development and supervision of processes, procedures, and policies that impact the Supply Chain Operations team at the assigned entity. Areas of impact include, but are not limited to, medical supply & equipment distribution, inventory management systems, receiving processes, customer service engagement, and team member development.

Work Experience
* Six years supply chain experience with three years of prior leadership experience is required.
* Experience in surgical services or procedural area supply chain environment highly preferred.
Knowledge
* Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of hospital finance, information systems, customer service, performance improvement and regulatory requirements
* Knowledge of supply chain analytics including collection, cleansing, analysis and interpretation of supply chain data
* Resource Planning, Materials Replenishment Planning and Materials Management Information Systems.

Salary Range: Minimum 38.44/hour - Maximum 67.27/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
