As a Manager in Supply Chain Ops, you will lead planning, materials and warehouse teams to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy and efficient flow that supports production and customer schedules.
What you’ll do:
Own site S&OP process, translating demand forecasts into material and capacity plans.
Optimize inventory levels through MRP parameter maintenance and ABC cycle counting.
Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to resolve material shortages and expedite critical parts with accountability, managing both on-site materials and outside vendor services.
Implement Lean material‑flow initiatives such as kanban, point‑of‑use storage and visual management.
Manage hiring, performance and development of planners, buyers and warehouse staff.
