  • Lead or support continuous improvement projects leveraging Lean or Six Sigma principles.

  • Identify opportunities that improve service reliability while optimizing inventory investment and cost-to-serve.

  • Metrics, Reporting & Performance Management

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as logistics earned income, supplier fill rate, pre-ship service level, net landed cost improvement, and cycle-time efficiency.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and network efficiency opportunities.

  • Support leadership in performance reviews by providing actionable insights and reporting on key supply management metrics.

  • Leverage dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Pulse, SIM360) to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.

  • Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance Sysco's supplier performance and integration capabilities.

  • Document and communicate project outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations.

  • Ensure all supplier integration and performance processes comply with Sysco's policies, data governance standards, and audit requirements.
