Provide task management for small project or task. Assume larger role in larger projects. Plan assigned project work and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilization of resources. Work collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design or solution. Monitor the performance of team members and sub-contractors, identifying and ensuring the resolution of any issues. Review and quality-assure project outputs (e.g. drawings, reports, specifications, etc.) to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations as well as Arcadis requirements, and they comply with national standards and codes of practice. Develop effective working relationships with the Project Director or Manager and with the client to ensure there is effective communication of progress and changes, as well as the resolution of issues. Develop and maintain a good understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis, of the client's business and the industry sector to facilitate personal networking and to consolidate personal and company credibility in the industry.
Position allows remote work anywhere in U.S.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered, Research Assistant, Engineering Intern, or related occupation.
