About the role

As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will make an impact by owning a portfolio of mid-to-senior leadership hires for Cognizant Consulting and delivering thoughtful, high-quality talent solutions using market intelligence, analytics, and AI-enabled recruiting practices. • Own and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior-level consulting roles, from intake through offer and onboarding handoff, ensuring disciplined assessment, timely stakeholder engagement, and diverse, inclusive candidate slates.
  • Operate as a player-coach by personally driving critical hires while leading, coaching, and developing assigned recruiters/TA partners on performance, prioritization, capacity planning, and team well-being.
  • Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools, ATS insights, CRM data, and sourcing automation to improve pipeline quality, speed, and predictability, and translate recruiting analytics into executive-ready insights.
  • Design and execute targeted, cost-effective sourcing strategies while ensuring adherence to TA, HR, and operational governance, data accuracy, and compliance requirements.

What you must have to be considered

  • Proven experience hiring mid-to-senior-level consulting talent in an in-house TA role, including recruiting across multiple geographies and complex organizational structures.
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms, CRM tools, AI-enabled sourcing technologies, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, dashboards, and market insights to influence senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Americas employment laws, hiring regulations, and recruitment compliance requirements across supported markets.

These will help you succeed

  • A strong consulting mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results independently.
  • Experience contributing to employer branding through recruitment marketing, social media engagement, and targeted hiring campaigns.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, simplifying processes, and adopting new TA technologies.
  • Comfort engaging senior leaders with a consultative, insight-led approach in a competitive consulting talent market.
  • Personal leadership aligned to Cognizant values: Work as One, Raise the Bar, Dare to Innovate, Do the Right Thing, and Own It.

We''re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. Don''t hesitate to apply, even if you only meet the minimum requirements listed.
