Position Overview


At ADARE Longevity & Aesthetics, we believe exceptional patient care, strong leadership, and operational excellence are the foundation of a successful practice.


We are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly motivated Location Manager to oversee our South Tampa location. This individual will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and ensure every patient experience reflects ADARE's elevated standards.

Key Responsibilities


Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and oversee the South Tampa team.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, training, and daily workflows.
• Establish expectations, delegate responsibilities, and maintain accountability.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.
• Address challenges proactively and lead by example.
  
  

Business Management & Operations

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, supply orders, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate outsourcing and external service providers.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Develop systems and processes that strengthen business performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and patient care.
  
  

Practice Growth & Business Development

• Drive patient acquisition, retention, memberships, and revenue growth.
• Establish and monitor sales goals and location performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand ADARE's presence within the Tampa community.
• Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses and wellness professionals.
• Collaborate with ownership on business initiatives and growth strategies.
• Take ownership of location performance and continued success.
  
  

Marketing, Events & Brand Development

• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-office events and community activations.
• Oversee event logistics, vendor outreach, partnerships, and staffing.
• Support social media content creation, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
• Identify networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
• Represent ADARE professionally at events and community collaborations.
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and special events is required.
  
  

Patient Experience & Retention

• Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level patient experience.
• Build lasting patient relationships through personalized service.
• Oversee patient communication, scheduling, and follow-up care coordination.
• Resolve patient concerns professionally and effectively.
• Ensure the team is knowledgeable about ADARE's services and offerings.
• Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, medical spas, or related healthcare settings.
• Strong leadership skills with proven success managing teams.
• Experience overseeing business operations, sales, and performance goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and operate independently.
• Strong understanding of patient retention and business development.
• Flexibility to support events and occasional weekends.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous business ownership or business management experience.
• Experience managing a medical spa or wellness practice.
• Proven ability to increase revenue and improve profitability.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory, event planning, and marketing.
• Familiarity with Zenoti or similar practice management software.
