As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the AI user experience, working across a range of components in the stack, including Frontend, Serving, Integrations, and more. Your primary focus will be managing a team of T/PgMs in the Workspace Intelligence and Workspace Search teams to build an AI agent driven ecosystems to empower internal 1P and 2Ps to implement faster and higher quality AI results, partnering closely with teams across WS Engineering, PM, and UX to drive improvements across all Workspace apps. You'll collaborate with teams across Google, including DeepMind and Gemini. Establish governance over prioritization decisions to ensure alignment with key performance indicators. + Lead strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders. + Manage a team of ~4 TPMs as the TPM manager for Workspace Search and Workspace Intelligence, and own the program management for a team of ~200 SWEs. + Drive mission-critical success for GenAI programs and ensure the execution of a rich portfolio including AI, 1p/2p/3p programs, and infrastructure projects.
