Manager Technology role is responsible for building and enhancing technology solutions to meet complex business needs. You will lead the evaluation of new Technology and develop product roadmaps by providing technical and strategic direction. Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
3 to 5 years of managerial and leadership experience in healthcare.
Experience with PACS/ RIS - plus
Experience architecting enterprise applications and databases that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability, high availability, containers, and server-less technologies.
Demonstrated experience in the areas such as Cloud Native Design Patterns, Microservices and API Strategy.
Strong working knowledge of software development technologies, specifically high-volume solutions.
Experience with Smart / FHIR implementations.
Experience developing fault tolerant distributed systems is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of Agile Software Development mechanics.
Background in Service Oriented Architecture, micro services architecture implementation, service versioning, and backward compatibility.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management.
