Job TitleSemiconductor Test Engineering LeaderJob DescriptionReporting into the Director of Test Engineering, you will be responsible for the following:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Test and Product Engineers, technicians, and support personnel.Drive the design, development, and implementation of new semiconductor test and burn-in solutions.Establish and execute the Test Engineering technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives.Manage engineering projects from planning through execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.Oversee product characterization, failure analysis, diagnostic investigations, and technical validation activities.Develop and maintain test methodologies, procedures, documentation, specifications, and operational standards.Improve manufacturing performance by driving yield enhancement, cost reduction, and cycle-time improvements.Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, customer support, suppliers, and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.Review engineering outputs to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards.Present technical recommendations, project updates, business cases, and findings to leadership and customers.Recruit, onboard, train, and coach engineering talent while supporting succession planning and team growth.Monitor industry trends, emerging test technologies, and automated test equipment capabilities to support future business requirements.Manage departmental budgets, expenditures, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
