Manager Trainee

We are hiring a Manager Trainee to develop leadership skills while learning the operational and sales sides of the insurance business. This role combines client interaction, team coordination, and performance development in a structured learning environment.

You will gain experience supporting team performance, mentoring peers, and understanding agency operations. This position prepares individuals for future leadership roles and expanded responsibilities as they grow within the organization.

Salary Range: $90000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily team support and client service operations
• Participate in leadership and business development training
• Help mentor and support newer team members
• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement areas
• Contribute to a positive, results-focused team environment

• Must reside in Michigan
• Active Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses OR willingness to obtain them
• Free pre-licensing training provided if not currently licensed
