Basic Purpose
Leads the transmission and distribution asset performance and investment management team to ensure the planning, engineering and operation teams can make data driven decisions regarding system improvement and properly balance spending. May act as witness for general rate cases regarding T&D programs. Supports cross platform collaboration on asset management initiatives. Oversees and reports on data quality for managed assets. Develops, utilizes, and publishes criticality, health, and risk matrixes for managed assets. Reviews, reports, and utilizes outage information to define and propose scope of improvement to equipment and system reliability. Makes recommendations to improve the company's inspection and monitoring programs. Collaborates and publishes an annual reliability improvement plan and risk management plan.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in the area of specialty and 6 years of related experience with 3 years in a lead capacity and 5 years of engineering, operation, maintenance, or asset management experience in the electric system industry.
Candidates that do not possess a bachelor's degree must have a minimum of 10 years of related work experience with 3 years in a lead capacity and 5 years of engineering, operation, maintenance, or asset management experience in the electric system industry.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
General office environment. Minimal overnight travel required.
