HCT is seeking an Interim Trauma Program Manager for a 150+ bed hospital in California. The responsibilities include:
- Manage operational, administrative, and outreach services for the trauma program
- Coordinate interdisciplinary management across the continuum of trauma care
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and practice management guidelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a trauma program or similar setting
- License: Current CA RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CEN Preferred
- EMR: Meditech
