The V1 Community Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development, execution and evolution of the program with a strong focus on program management, community engagement initiatives, V1 Leader growth, and marketing of program.What you'll get to do:Lead the strategy and execution of the V1 Community Program, including applications, renewals, benefits, product strategy, and community experiences that deepen brand connectionOwn the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning and lifecycle of the V1 Community Program, aligned with brand storytelling, retail priorities, and marketing objectivesOversee program operations and governance, including eligibility, discounting, category management, policies, and member communicationsDevelop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly plans that drive community engagement, retail traffic, and sustainable program growthLead the V1 Leader program, including growth strategy, criteria, contracts, product seeding, performance tracking, and deliverablesBuild and nurture meaningful relationships with local fitness communities and key partners to activate Vuori's presence through gifting, events, and in‑store experiencesDrive continuous program innovation through cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with brand, retail, and business strategiesLeverage data, analytics, and consumer insights to measure performance, uncover opportunities, and share learnings with leadershipLead internal and external communications, including email marketing strategy, editorial planning, and creative brief developmentManage, mentor, and grow the V1 Community team and V1 Leaders cohort, overseeing events, activations, and day‑to‑day executionQualifications Who you are:Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferredExperience working across a variety of teams, including creative, retail, social, influencer, PR, customer service, tech, and legal6+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing analytics, community, and/or events3+ years of experience leading ambassador or influencer relationshipsExperience leading and managing a team.Proactive leader with the ability to juggle multiple programs and projects at onceMust enjoy working out and taking group fitness classesExperience leading a discount, ambassador, or pro‑deal program for a brand plusExperience with project management tools like AsanaExcellent communication skills—both written and verbalSelf‑starter with the ability to work independentlyPassion for cultivating a community of like‑minded individualsValues building authentic relationshipsAthletic retail, fitness, or health and wellness industry experience a plusAdditional Information Our investment in you:At Vuori, we're proud to offer the following to our employees:Health InsuranceSavings and Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffWellness & Fitness benefitsThe salary range for this role is $100,900 per year - $129,780 per year.
