Qualifications:
- 2-4 year degree in Fashion Merchandising or Fine Arts
- 5+ years of visual merchandising experience
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds, operate equipment, and work safely with materials
- Experience in event planning or installations, with a portfolio required
- Strong leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills
