Job Summary:
The Director of Volunteer Services is responsible for the overall people quality management of volunteers throughout the HFM Network. The ultimate objective is the leader will create and sustain the culture that makes HFM the preferred place to volunteer in Manitowoc Co. Also manages the overall operations of the Espresso Connection and the Gift Shoppe.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Minimum of 3 years management experience required and proven retail experience.
Retail background and food service experience preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree in a human services field required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Strong planning, analysis, organizational, communication, listening and interpersonal skill required.
Must be comfortable presenting to large groups of people and be proficient in Word, Excel, desktop publishing and POS retail systems.
Must have ability to inspire, motivate and relate to people of all ages.
