You'll champion our specialty coffee culture, guide a talented multilingual team, and create memorable experiences for guests across our caf , kitchen, and event spaces.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all daily operations, from opening procedures to closing protocols
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse, multilingual team with energy and authenticity
• Maintain our exacting standards for specialty coffee preparation and hospitality excellence
• Collaborate across caf , kitchen, and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and operational efficiency
